1. What Is Covered In Your Cleaning Service?

Our Office Cleaning service includes the following:

  • 1. Wiping down, cleaning and organizing of the office
  • 2. Sweeping and mopping of the whole office including floor area, walls, shelves and ceiling corners
  • 3. Total scrubbing and disinfecting of the office.
  • 4. Changing sheets if applicable
  • 6. Vacuuming of sofa and other furniture if applicable

Our Housekeeping Service includes the following:

  • 1. Cleaning of rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms and other work areas
  • 2. Cleaning, washing and or vacuuming of rugs, carpets and upholstered furniture
  • 3. Providing care for children or elderly persons if required.
  • 4. Carrying linens, towels, toiletries and other cleaning supplies
  • 5. Assisting kitchen staff in cooking food for the whole day or requested days from the clients
  • 6. Purchasing groceries, household and kitchen supplies and keeping a record of the expenses
  • 7. Sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, polishing, using brooms, mopping or power scrubbing floors
  • 8. Running errands required by clients
  • 9. Emptying and cleaning wastebaskets, ashtrays, and transporting rubbish to disposal areas.

Our Ironing service includes only the following:

  • 1. Sorting of fabrics (If there are fabrics that need to be ironed differently, please inform our staff ahead of time.)
  • 2. Ironing of different fabrics
  • 3. Folding and hanging ironed clothes
  • 4. Organizing clothes in drawers and closets

Our Party Cleaning service includes only the following: Once the party has gone down, our after-party cleaners will make order from the chaos. Our services include:

  • 1. Sweeping, wiping, mopping, scrubbing and or vacuuming windows, floors, walls, ceiling and furniture as needed
  • 2. Washing, cleaning, sterilizing and drying kitchen utensils, tableware, glassware, and cutlery and organizing them in the cupboards or boxes
  • 3. Tidying up of bathroom
  • 4. Organizing furniture and accessories
  • 5. Disposing garbage and cleaning ashtrays and garbage bins
  • 6. Making sure that the entire place is clean and organized

Our sofa cleaning mopping and cleaning services include:

  • 1. Surveying the kind of material, a sofa is made up of, to choose the best cleaning method and cleaning materials to be used
  • 2. Vacuuming sofa to remove dust or pet’s hair
  • 3. Removing spots and stains

Our Move-In/Out Cleaning service is for homes that need cleaning before moving in a new home or for clients who are moving out of their old home.

  • 1. Our hourly rate only covers cleaning old or new home. Unpacking and organizing items can be included.
  • 2. Number of cleaners allotted to your home is only for cleaning. If their work is extended more than the hours agreed upon, excess hours must be paid.
  • 3. Cleaning of garage and garden/yard can be included in the house cleaning quote.

Our Housemaid Service includes only the following:

  • 1. Supervising and overseeing the activities of people inside the house especially children or elderly
  • 2. Arranging, counting and washing linens and storing them in the closets
  • 3. Organizing rooms
  • 4. Cleaning windows, floors, walls, and ceilings
  • 5. Vacuuming, waxing and polishing areas and or furniture
  • 6. Running errands such as buying groceries, taking laundry to the cleaners, ordering meal etc. as required by the clients
  • 7. Washing (machine operated), folding, ironing, hanging and organizing clothes
  • 8. Disposing of garbage
  • 9. Other services may be required depending on the negotiation both confirmed by Hands and Wipes Cleaning Services (LLC) manager and the client.

Our Babysitting service includes only the following:

  • 1. Monitoring the child consistently
  • 2. Keeping the play area safe and free from hazards
  • 3. Sanitizing play equipment, toys and other materials that have direct contact to the child
  • 4. Changing diapers, dressing and undressing the child
  • 5. Preparing food for the child and assisting him while eating
  • 6. Teaching health and well-being to the child e.g. brushing teeth, resting well and playing carefully
  • 7. Engaging the child with worthwhile and educational activities e.g. colouring and reading
  • 8. Keeping a medical, nutrition or behavioral record of the child as required by the parents
  • 9. Disciplining the child with respect if needed

House Support duties and responsibilities:

  • 1. Helping the client to perform personal hygiene activities
  • 2. Coordinating transportation to doctor appointments
  • 3. Engaging the client with their friends and family
  • 4. Creating a daily routine based on his/her special needs
  • 5. Taking patient vitals under the guidance of his doctor or nurse
  • 6. Preparing meals based on his needs
  • 7. Keeping and tracking record medical, nutritional or behavioral data as required
  • 8. House maintenance (electric, plumbing, cupboard fixing etc.) if required.

2. How Long Does The Cleaning Take?

The time to finish cleaning an apartment, villa and office depend on additional services, space area to be cleaned and the number of cleaners required but the minimum that we have is 2 to 3 hours, enough time to clean a one-bedroom apartment.

3. Do I Need To Prepare Materials?

If you have cleaning materials, please explain the procedure of using and applying them to our cleaners but if you do not have, Hands and Wipes Cleaning Services (LLC) have available cleaning materials where you just have to pay an additional amount of 10 dirhams on top of the service/s that you will avail from us.

4. Should I Pay For Transportation Fee Of Your Cleaners?

It’s FREE, you do not have to worry about their transportation.

5. How Many Cleaners Will Come To My House?

We can send a maximum of 3 cleaners depending on the services that you require. Request more if needed and we will negotiate with the timing and price of their services.
